The people that go back and complain are just shitty cutie pies that dont get the attention they seek from their obvious attempts to cutie pie.

All forums have inside jokes so you have to stick around longer than 2 days making threads about Trump to understand.
There are some attention whores that TMMAC is better off without for sure. Also, I fully agree that all forums have inside jokes, it's always best to lurk a bit before posting somewhere new (I did so here). I found that side of things to be a bit excessive though, hence my comment.

I fully support this, I have seen posts on a certain other forum about how threads devolve into pointless bickering by two posters, it's one of the main criticisms I see about this site along with the low volume of posts (a problem which isn't helped by potential new members being put off). The feeling that this place was a small clique all either trading in-jokes or endlessly bickering was the biggest hurdle to me signing up here.

Just to be clear, is it the shitty posts that get deleted, or are you going to delete the threads that got derailed by those shitty posts? I know the former is a lot more work than the latter, but it's a better way to do things IMO.
My plan is to remove shit posts, not whole threads. But it might be random. I want shit posters to stop and think they may be made to look silly by having random posts removed.

Ok, but what is your standard for shit?

As you know FINGERS @Fingers and Freeloading Rusty @MC Gusto and I get into heated political debates that go one forever.
A lot of people don't care for that, but we are arguing our positions and posting supporting articles, etc...
If it's kept to threads for that purpose, then is there a line?

Is it possible that you can just delete their posts and leave mine so that future generations can learn and grow?

If it's a political thread, then of course that's all good, but if it was a thread titled "What's your favourite type of cake?" or something, I say it should be removed :)

Just my humble opinion !

You need to post more than .gifs and insults to be ‘debating’ something.

Well, I've posted the entire history of socialist governments failing for a century, but you seem determined to keep your head firmly entrenched in your ass...so what more can I do?

From a mod standpoint, your easiest move is to search for the offending users that decided some thread is their personal portapotty, enable moderation on the search screen, select all, delete a page worth of their posts.
You'll get the offending posts plus whatever else they've done recently.

You might say, Splinty @Splinty that seems needlessly "carpet bomby".

Indeed. But also
