I did some geeking out on MMA PED Busts..

Well, the random tests are pretty new.

For other busts, don't they kinda show that something went wrong with the cycling and stuff? So yeah, maybe some weren't well prepared and in condition then come fight night.

In a weird way it sort of makes sense. The guys who feel they need that extra boost might be the ones who have to make up for some serious deficits, either in skill or natural abilities. The use of PED's might have pushed them beyond their natural limits in the sport until a point they can't compete anymore.

Also it's possible that they are pushing the limits of their PED use, as well, to eek out every little advantage, because they know that they are at their limit, and as a result it makes them easier to catch.
