This is where shit gets sorta weird to me. WME firing someone like Goldberg, so they can likely replace him with someone who they represent.

Whilst he is a part of mma lore. He's crappy and needs to go now it isn't a good old boys club. Or at least it's a different good old boys club.

Can we please get rid of Buffer first? Pretty please?

I actually don't mind Goldie. He does what he's asked to do by his employers, ie he's the corporate talking head who makes sure all the sponsors get plugged, picks up the production cues and reels Rogan back in when he wanders too far off. He's far from perfect, but I think he's got more on the ball than most give him credit for and I will miss him when the ax falls.

He does all that but he also tries to call fights and he gets it so wrong all the time. It's embarrassing. If he just did what your said then that's fine.

I know Goldberg is really shit but I'm not bothered by him.

When he isn't on commentary, I know that I am watching a B show with guys like Stann and Florian, so the first few PPVs without him will seem weird.

For all his mediocrity, Goldie is a guy who definitely loves MMA. I wouldn't cry if he was gone, but it'll be weird having someone else with Rogan unless it's a fighter.

I've never cared for Goldberg.
Personally, good for his success, but he came across as weird to me.
The Ultimate Knockouts DVD commentary with Chuck Liddell was virtually unbearable.
Honestly, I'm usually waiting for something ridiculous to come out of his mouth.
Knowing that he's trying to do his job drunk can add some excitement to boring matches.

lol no we don't. Randy and Bas are garbage on the mic. Frank would be good, but they won't allow him with the new regime. Stann will move up.. but I'd really like Dan Hardy to move up to the main show.
