That sounds good. I am going to make some sauce this weekend using fresh herbs from the garden, it should be amazing.
It's a squash that has spaghetti like insides. Even if you don't care for squash you'd more than likely enjoy this one.
I've grown a plant every year I the garden and usually get 6-7 good squash. Excellent as stand alone side dish or a healthy substitute for pasta. It makes for an excellent carbonara with coconut milk.
Give it a shot.
