Notably, she's already disqualified one firm from representing Roberts-Giuffre because of Dershowitz' assertions that her and the firm representing her were out to extort Epstein associates. Including Lex Wexner.

According to the judge, the documents were about people he'd done business with and because they related to an already settled case, they no longer had a reason to have them. It sounds logical, but I don't know whether or not this is a common practice.
