Ronda Rousey is not your average MMA star. She does not take to Twitter to hint about her next fight to build up some anticipation, nor does the UFC does not just announce her next fight on UFC Tonight. Instead Ronda goes on Good Morning America to tell the world that she will be fighting Holly Holm on January 2nd in the main event for UFC 195.

Anthony Johnson is being investigated by the UFC once again. The latest situation arose when Johnson posted an angry rant on his Facebook page in reference to a female at his gym that he had an altercation with. Johnson apologized for the incident today, but it appears to be too little too late in the eyes of the UFC, who issued a statement regarding the incident:

"UFC is aware of the situation involving Anthony Johnson. We take these matters seriously and have commenced a formal investigation by a third-party law firm. We will act accordingly once we gather more information."

Brock Lesnar has been making the rounds on ESPN to promote his upcoming WWE SummerSlam main event against The Undertaker. After yesterday’s SportsCenter appearance where he claimedWWE CEO Vince McMahon was a better promoter than UFC President Dana White, the former UFC and WWE heavyweight champion was back and spoke about UFC superstar Ronda Rousey.

Lesnar was asked about Rousey (12-0 MMA, 6-0 UFC) and her success and had plenty of good things to say about the UFC women’s bantamweight champion, but isn’t blown away with the level of competition in her division.

“I think she’s a super athlete in a weak division,” Lesnar said. “I really do. She is a man amongst women in the women’s division. I take my hat off to her.

“She’s doing an excellent job at what she’s doing. I don’t know how she’s juggling everything. I mean, movies, this, that and the other thing. Then going to Brazil and kicking butt over there and doing all the stuff she’s doing. My hat is off to Ronda. I really think – I’m not taking any talent away from her at all. I think she’s a super beast. A super freak in the women’s division.”
