I think I posted this before, but couldn't find it. But there were several years I was a live model for RSNA, radiological society of North America. Basically paid about 100 bucks an hour to let people use the newest ultrasound technology on you.

I was always the circus freak. Apparently I have extra femoral arteries in my left thigh. When they were scanning fenous thrombosis on me, I always drew a crowd. Doctors from around the world would take turns probing my high inner thigh, and were amazed.

Some Indian doctor told me "if you ever need bypass surgery, your left leg is a gold mine.

No idea why I shared this with you.

had an indian doctor

he creeped me out...didn't listen to a thing I said and just repeated the same stuff over and over

I say..."I lost 30 lbs mostly muscle since you guys cut me open"

He says "Yes I agree"

I laugh

he laughs

Creepy lil dude

Said I could have a regular diet 3 days after surgery....I ate a giant salad with nuts and all types of shit in it...and got sick again "Back to hospital for 4 days with lots of level 10 pain in guts)

Other doctors said " why did you eat a complex diet so soon after surgery"....I said the creepy indian told me it was okay

they laughed and said no...you only eat soft bland white foods for a few weeks

:(

That had nothing to do with these arteries
Well it had nothing to do with dick size, because they were fascinated and not laughing. And that cold gel for the ultrasound didn't help....

Back in the day I was a live model for the RSNA (Radiological Society of North America) show in McCormick Place. Basically 100 bucks an hour to lay there in your underwear, and get scanned by the latest ultrasound technology.

Every year, one day was dedicated to venous thrombosis, where they scanned the thigh, so I guess it would be your femoral artery.

Every year I did this, I ended up feeling like a zoo animal. Doctors from around the world would gather around me with wonder.

The reason being, apparently I have an extra artery in my left leg that none of them had ever seen before.

The good news is if I ever need bypass surgery, if I'm concious, I can tell them where to go to make the job easier.

I don't know why I looked for it but I did.

It has taken on a new meaning over time.
honestly, when I look up terms I immediately bias myself IMO

People are people
actions are actions

rain is wet
sun is hot

This is how I prefer to view life...for better or worse it just feels more real to me without labels or groups.

I have an anotomical anomaly in my right wrist (grrr, I know the spelling's incorrect)

So congrats, I have a good idea how my bones fused into one after a nasty experience and just being me and putting up with it but after telling the doctor he wasn't so sure. My elbows are weird too hence my terrible tennis serve.
