I usually stay away from these thread but my $0.02.
Most "isms" are fueled by stereotypes and not treating the people within each group as individuals. So for the "old white man" to randomly selected a "young black man" to come up on stage so he can look him in the face and infer that he should (or does) fear the police every time he gets into his cars is fucking retarded. I'm going to assume he goes on and tells the younger guy a few more things he should be doing (because hey, he's black so he must do all the same things every other black person does right?) but I decided to stop watching.
