conor was a butthair of cardio from being squashed in his infancy

and I would give this outcome a chance also...IMO he has dynamite accuracy when he is freshLol let them be wrong again.
I could see it going either way. IF Khabib gets his hands on Conor, it could be a long night like Barboza had. If not, I could see Conor landing good counters and taking control. I recognize that Conor can grapple, but I don't see him outworking or neutralizing Khabib on the mat. Khabib is clunky on the feet, Conor is a lot cleaner with strikes. I think it would come down to timing, takedowns for Khabib, or lefts/counters for Conor. That's pretty much it. No one's been a harsher critic of Conor's grappling than me, but it's far from non existent. Khabib's gnp was incredible to watch last night, but people are getting a little carried away with what a man raping of a gatekeeper means.
You mean that weak thing he threw mid way through the 3rd?Khabib ate a roundhouse kick from Barboza last night and walked straight forward for another takedown
Weak? Weak??? You have your Ray Charles glasses on last night? You mean that weak thing he threw mid way through the 3rd?
Dude, Barbosa was checked out of that fight 4 minutes into the first.Weak? Weak??? You have your Ray Charles glasses on last night?
He still threw that kick with a lot of power though.Dude, Barbosa was checked out of that fight 4 minutes into the first.
In the context of a man who had his soul stolen, yes.He still threw that kick with a lot of power though.
My assumption is the Khabib who fought last night chose to fight that way based on who his opponent was. If he studies people as much as he says he does then it stands to reason he would approach closing the distance differently. The Khabib that fought last night loses to Conor.
You serious? Remember that time he didn't wade in, score a takedown and then reign down gnp for the remainder of the round? Yeah, me neither. His gameplans are up there with the Diaz brothers. All of his fights are exactly the same. Awesome, but exactly the same.My assumption is the Khabib who fought last night chose to fight that way based on who his opponent was. If he studies people as much as he says he does then it stands to reason he would approach closing the distance differently.
You are quickly becoming my nomination for worst poster on this boardI think so. I also think that Eddie beats Conor in a rematch.
This tooConor will never in a million years fight Khabib. Ferguson is much safer, but Nate promises the biggest payday. Khabib is all risk and no reward.
You and cmnh have that under lock and key.You are quickly becoming my nomination for worst poster on this board
Right.....You and cmnh have that under lock and key.
On paper. Khabib looks like the winner, but I can't pick against Conor anymore. Except the boxing match, I called that shit.Lmao the guy won 30-24 on 2 cards.
And if the Johnson punch means Conor wins then. what does the first 9:45 seconds of the Mendes fight tell us. If Khabib and Conor both show up and deliver their best possible performance against each other. Khabib wins by mauling.
I read an entire book about anti gravity in a single sitting. It was really hard to put down.Center of gravity matters.
Remember the time his opponent knew he'd do this but he somehow managed to do whatever he wanted? You serious? Remember that time he didn't wade in, score a takedown and then reign down gnp for the remainder of the round? Yeah, me neither. His gameplans are up there with the Diaz brothers. All of his fights are exactly the same. Awesome, but exactly the same.
Omg go make another vague comment that grossly overstates your knowledge of or connection to a UFC fighter. You and cmnh have that under lock and key.
An imaginary dream world one, but yesThis will be a fun fight though......
