I'm not trying to rip Firas as I do believe he's a good coach, and a bulk of GSP's day to day training is at Tristar as he lives in MTL. BUT when he's running a camp, he goes to NYC to train under John Danaher at Renzo's. For many of GSP's prime years (up until the Condit fight) Greg Jackson would come in for gameplanning. Firas' significance to GSP's career is exaggerated.

yea. yea. you're right and you're right but Firas's significance to GSP's career is not exaggerated. Firas is THE GUY, for GSP. GSP goes to different camps for more specialized advanced training but 80% of the training for 100% of GSP's fights are done with Firas.

Greg Jackson's more of a privatized system where he provides certain services you can't get elsewhere and they run it like business where fighters who train there many times don't even see each other especially if they're in the same division, except Jones / Rashad fiasco.

Firas / GSP is equal to likes of Conor / Kavanagh, MM / Hume, or even Tyson/ D'amato, one of the best Coach / Fighter combo

Umm, not really. I suggest you look it up. Shit watch the documentary about GSP. You'll see who his mentor is.

him down at the 7:00 min mark and sliced through his guard like Conor
didn't even have one.

I mean ive thought about this for a long time and i have said things about it too... if he really wants he just put his hands on his forehead and bumrush conor takes him down. Since Conors knockout blow is a straight left then hes fully protected...
