Everyone could see Robbie was having a helluva time putting weight on one leg for the latter half of the fight with Dos Anjos.

Turns out Ruthless tore his ACL and meniscus midway through the 5-round main event. He likely made the injury worse by battling through it but that's the kind of heart Lawler possesses.

It's speculated he'll be out of action until July or later.

Those low kicks are nasty and RDA was throwing them with bad intentions. Not that I want to see him on the sidelines but another longish break from fighting is probably good for his brain.

Unreal that he fought thru that and continued trying to knock RDA's head off.

Conor tore his ACL and strained his MCL while easily defeating Holloway and Dos Anjos ducked him. Conor > Robbie.

wonder how jacked his leg was from the Melvin fight

took tons of damage in that and couldn't walk after like 2 minutes of fighting

GSP fought with ulcerative colitis while submitting the MW champion. GSP= GOAT

On topic, Robbie is a true fighter. Will miss fifth round Lawler.

I knew something was weird when I was watching the fight. Robbie was not his usual, RDA was just having his way with him. RDA was getting way too much credit, it was more to do with Robbie being injured.

but RDA caused that injury, so I guess credit is due where it's due

Yep. This is very different than when Condit tore his ACL in the Woodley fight. He planted weird during a take down and jacked it up. Then Woodley kicked the hell out of it and ended it.

RDA was set out to target the leg.

Great game plan from RDA and crazy toughness Ruthless.

Hi Tang

Nope never saw that movie
One of the best late night comedies. I’d put it up there with movies like “Half-Baked” or “Superbad”.

I think the creator of Beavis n Butthead made the movie, Idiocracy
