Monday was a week. Been on the electro smokes since. Me mah got me some. Just got a douche flute yesterday and it's way better than those electric smokes you get from the store.

I reckon if I won the lottery right now I would buy a pack of smokes and say fuck it tho. I like smoking. I like that other people don't like it.

The juice in my douche flute tastes like roll ups from 1973. I didn't want no bubblegum and kale flavor. Fuck that.

My coughing has dropped dramatically tho

For reference I smoked since I was 11 years old and average at least 1 pack a day in the last ten years.

I don't care for weed. At all.

But I also don't care if other people do like it. Fair play to them. Personally I wouldn't smoke it if it was free and legal. However it does not bother me in the slightest if other people choose to smoke it.

I would legalize it everywhere if it was up to me.

Still wouldn't smoke it tho

Been off the cigs since May, still on the damn vape though.

I started off with the baccy flavour. But got all sorts nowadays, mints, fruits, sweet flavors etc.

Give it a month and your man draw full of fuse wires, odd screws that don't appear to fit anything, rusted pliers, old mobile phone batteries, a set of precision screw drivers where the one you need is always missing and so on will be full of e-juice. It will smell like a prostitutes handbag.

Mark my words.

Patches. Seriously. I’m delaying my giving up again but they actually worked for me. Itchy as fuck but if I’d not had a bit of a nightmare going on in my life I was done with it for 5 weeks last year.

Can’t say it had a dramatic effect on me health wise but I was still happy I was a non smoker. Even after I was done with the patches I was still able to pop out with people who wanted to go out and smoke.

I only smoke when I drink so it’s kept to a minimum. Alcohol and cigarettes go together like peanut butter and chocolate.

Have you tried douche flutes? I tried patches years ago and it didn't work for me

They only way patches would have stopped me from smoking would have been to super glue them over my mouth. I couldn't get on with those things, only good thing about them was the crazy dreams you'd have if you forgot to remove them at night.

Vaping on the other hand seemed like the most natural way to do it. I still vape but at low nicotine levels, I could probably stop easy but I enjoy it. Guy in the shop started me on 18mg Nicotine according to the amount I smoked, within 3 months I was down 1.5mg which is about the equivalent to one cigarette a day. Chest has cleared up, I don't stink of smoke and if I ever do stop completely and I get stressed or feel the need to smoke I can reach for the vape, instead of the cigs.

Fucking yes those dreams!! I'm a mental as fuck dreamer anyway but yeah you have to take them off an hour before going to bed. I was either tossing and turning wondering why I couldn't sleep or there was a MArs bar chasing me over a bridge.
