Body fat has dropped - now sub 20% again.
Measurements are tracking well, smaller waist bigger chest/arms.
Body weight has increased slightly.
Kiwi thing.I am amazed with the usage of the word "heap", that is an Aussie thing or a NZ thing? Did you steal it from one another? (Not to stir anything up or anything).
One of my favorite things during a workout is to hang from the chin up bar - it feels amazing.Ever try hanging upside down? How about gripping a chin up bar and just letting your shoulder girdle loosen up and spine decompress.
