best workout for upper chest?

Incline........but not the incline trainers think is best....they don’t know fuck all
My bench press will do incline but I am not sure if the safety bars will adjust enough to work with it that way so I had been leaning toward reverse grip

I had this issue. I'm not a body builder so I don't really care but when I added clean and presses, it thickened my whole shoulder girdle, including my upper chest.

Incline bench didn't make any difference.

Then ladders.

Incline reverse grip with dumbbells.
Compress together at the end then do negatives.
