As I alluded to earlier...he would have been much better off pleading the fifth on every question. They wouldn’t have found out about the forged documents, the fact that he still drinks, etc. Plus his narcissism and complete lack of respect for USADA, the CSAC and their procedures wouldn’t have been on full display like it was.

even Jeff Novitsky on JRE said he could face up to 8 years...now anything above 4 years would probably need to include he hiding destroying or fabricate evidence to his case and as far as i know hes been cooperating all the way so its less likely but who knows.
