Hendo? Has he made any comments about still wanting to fight? What about a guys like Struve or Belfort? Bellator can always use another name to bring interest in hops of
showcasing their own talent but I'm not sure who's they'd pursue at this time.

Thoughts?!

I'm interested in seeing if they go for Leslie Smith or if they pass, given her "rabble rousing" tendencies.

Some fringe guys who could make Bellator more interesting.

Almeida
Wineland
Gunnar Nelson
Machida
Cummings
Struve

I can't see any of these guys making top 5 at this point but are still good enough to be competitive in Bellators roster.

The only ones I can think are Belfort, but hopefully not. Ben Askren coming back for a super fight with Rory. Or maybe Jerome Lebanner who just had an mma fight.

I wouldn't want any of those guys except Machida. Maybe Struve.

I enjoy all those guys fights except Cummins. Who would you want?
Not even sure whose contracts are close to being up, so it's hard to say.

I'd say this though- I'd only take guys who are leaving on a win, are still in their prime, or are big name guys who draw and are exciting to watch.

Hendo?
He's retied - Dunzo

Next one I expect sometime soon will be Cub Swanson.

You say that like his last fight in the UFC wasn't for the MW title, in a fight where he busted Bisping's face to he'll. Again.
Easy now, I'm a huge Hendo fan and that's whys he's the first guy I mentioned. But be honest here, we saw Royce vs Ken on 2016 so I don't count anyone who's been retired out.

At the serious risk of associating with Conor fuckdolls, I'm not writing Gunnar off yet.

Look at Rick Story's win column, look at Demian Maia's win column. And there was a legit case for eye pokes with Ponz. I'm not saying the counter-evidence is in any way conclusive either, but he's shown enough to not be completely discounted.

Here's five names I'm looking out for, and only one is former UFC.

Ben Askren

He technically never lost his belt, and he recently got into a Twitter feud with Rory, potentially setting up a future fight. Few things holding this signing back though. For starters, his contract with OneFC. Bellator has co-promoted fights in the past, but co-promoting a fighter not on your roster who could potentially wreck your champion would be a stupid move. Also, Coker said he wasn't interested because he doesn't believe Askren wants anything more than 1 more fight, and he wants to sign fighters who are a long term investment.

Galore Bofando

I think we all remember that highlight reel KO, he landed in his UFC debut, but if you don't here it is-

- He's still young, and he fights out of London, which is an emerging market for Bellator. They're having Bellator 200, one of there biggest cards of the year, in London and not in the states, which I think says something about long term plans. Galore would be a great addition to the roster.

Ariane Lipski

I mean, just look at her. Ronda proved that a) if you can fight and b) if you're a pretty girl, people will talk. Ariane is prettier and fights with a style that would have people talking. They call her 'the Violence Queen'. That's marketable as fuck. Askren might headline a big show or two, Ariane might be the face of the whole company for the next few years of signed and promoted right.

Vitaly Minakov

Like Askren, he was a champion for them who left without ever losing his title in the cage. Forget signing any HW the UFC might cut loose- sign this guy back, let him fight the winner of the Grand Prix, and let fans debate who has the better champion. Imagine Volkov beats Miocic, then Bellator resigns Minakov. I guarantee they'd mention it every 10 minutes how their champion best the reigning UFC champion. And they'd be right to do it- their biggest fight is against the perception that the UFC has the better guys. Signing Minakov would be a great blow to that argument.

Kron Gracie

They have Neiman Gracie, and Khonry Gracie (Royce's son) signed already. But if I had to put money in which guy would be the one to win a major title and get people talking about and fearing the Gracie name again, hands down it's Rickson's son, Kron. He trains with the Diaz brothers, so his boxing is improving everyday. His cardio hasn't been an issue, and doesn't look to be (again- he trains with the Diaz brothers, who are cardio machines). And his jiu jitsu is lethal. He f'n submitted Shinya Aoki in a straight jiu jitsu match. Whatever money they were thinking about floating Hendo or Chuck Liddell's way should be bagged up and thrown at Kron's doorstep.

Not Hendo. I like to hope he's done.

Chuck and Tito I can see, they've been going at it loads and when the UFC got bought, Chuck lost his desk job.

I actually asked Royce at Bellator why he looked so good vs. Ken last fight(which he did).
He said "BECAUSE HE'S OLD!"
Everyone started cracking up.

I can see all these guys go to Bellator, but I think Vitor might actually retire, as he was pursuing multiple degrees, and Priscilla and team Belfort are pro-active with business opportunities.

And I can see Hendo taking a rematch with Fedor, particularly if Fedor beats Chael and loses in the finals.
Bellator would pay both for that rematch, and it'd be big.

#1 leslie smith she could lead the crusade against the ufc under bellator but coker may steer clear of her. Not sure honestly

#2 galore bofando dudes a beast amd would be a fun addition plus like mentioned above they are looking for europeans

#3 timothy johnson would be a decent pickup but hes not to exciting. Coker likes heavyweights it seems

#4 mark hunt has expressed his dislike for the ufc. He may also go to rizin

#5 johnny hendricks just to let carvalho beat him up if he could get a win

#6 Guys like steve bosse, godofredo pepey, francimar barroso, tim boestch, anthony hamilton(hw), josh barnett(hw) and possibly resigning kevin casey

I could see Jacare leaving if he loses to Kelvin.
I could see Vick leaving if he doesn't get a top 10 guy in his next fight.
Maybe Giblert if he isn't ready to retire.
