So, for 'ol times sake, I was looking through Yelp reviews and forum posts re: Johny Hendricks' failed "Bigg Riggs' Steakhouse" venture.
So I thought: which MMA fighters could actually pull off owning a restaurant, and what would they sell? I'll start:
I actually think Chad Mendes could potentially do all right with a BBQ place if it's something he really wanted to do. Dude's meals that he posts look awesome, and he has experience hunting.
Also, Michael Bisping has shown he can make a mean dinner. I know cooking for a family and owning a restaurant are two different things, but this is all hypothetical anyway.
