Not sure if Aleks is fighting clean, his body has gotten so much better recently that I wonder if he's juicing or doing HGH, but he looks great and is fighting great, 4 straight wins, including a badass win over Gabriel Gonzaga last week, and he looks scary, looks in shape, looks faster than ever and mean.

I want to see him in UFC or Bellator ASAP if VISA issue are a problem than they can still sign him UFC does shows in Europe every few months, and Bellator has shows in England and Italy. So the Visa thing should be a fixable deal.

All I know is I want to see him fight top heavies, his natural ability has always been superb, and now he seems mentally all in. The guy I saw beat Gabe is a scary man. If its Bellator I dont want to see him fight Fedor, never want to see that but imagine Aleks vs Roy Nelson, rematch vs Mirko, Alex vs Mitrione, shoot even Aleks vs Chiek Kongo or Javy Ayala is nice.

Then in the ufc, Aleks vs Black Beast or Tybura or Ngannou or Cain

I dont want to see him fighting in small russian cards against poor bastards that will get killed

ASADA/convicted rapist combo means no UFC.

Convicted rapist/Brother has disowned him combo means no Bellator.

The rapist thing almost certainly disqualifies him alone, but the other factors ensure that this isn't even worth thinking about.

Read an interview yesterday where he was claiming Roy or Crocop were his next fight.

I read that can be cured...not sure though
I think it depends on what type he has. I don't know much about that shit though. Splinty prob would. What type did he supposedly have when he got kicked from the Buentello fight and ended up aimlessly wandering the stands at Affliction?

That was like 10 years ago and they said he'd never fight in the US back then, now 10 years later, add his criminal shit on top of it, I doubt we ever see him here. I know Bellator is slimy but I feel like even they wouldn't sign Aleks to fight in Europe/Russia exclusively. He has too much baggage. Obviously the Russian/Dag orgs don't give a shit but I think for an American based company it'd be a PR nightmare.

Even when Coker had the random nazi guy with SS tats on a SF undercard in like 2010, people freaked out, and he was nowhere near the name Aleks was. He was literally nobody lol.

Also I just wanna add that getting an Aleks vs Gabe fight randomly out of nowhere in 2018 was a cool surprise. That was a serious throwback fight between two of my all time faves - and it came out of nowhere.

I know for a fact Gabriel has been enjoying retirement and just teaching though - he was nowhere near in shape for that fight, he took it on short notice and still gave Aleks a lot of problems. I mean, yeah he just laid on him, Aleks' sub defense was good, but I think top flight comp would beat Aleks these days kinda easily. Gonzaga has poor takedowns at this stage in his career and he was able to get Aleks down easily. If Aleks can't win on the feet, he doesn't really have much. He also looks to have slowed down a bit, his speed used to be ridiculous, and he was so light on his feet.

He did bounce around a little in the 2nd after he got up and then finished Gabe but the Aleks of 15 years ago is definitely no longer a thing.. that Aleks could have been HW champ anywhere if he was dedicated and not a psycho.

Oh shit, in Bellator or outside of Bellator I know Bellator lets guys have fights sometimes outside the promotion
Got this from the UG

Alexander Emelianenko: "Everyone only asks about the battle, the form and Fedor"

May 5 Yekaterinburg hosted a tournament in mixed martial arts RCC 2, in the main match of which Alexander Emelianenko and Gabriel Gonzaga met. The fight ended in the second round - a Russian athlete won a technical knockout. In an exclusive interview with Alexei Safonov, Yemelyanenko, Jr., spoke about his own progress and growth of rivals level, attention to himself, annoying questions.

- I have not yet reconsidered the fight, but overall I am pleased that when I was in the ground from the bottom, Gonzaga's greppler, using his strongest strengths, could do absolutely nothing. I showed people that it is not so easy to beat a man lying down. And that you can fight with wrestlers in any position.

"Could you prevent translations?"

- Yes, I could, I just let him do it. From the translations did not go away. I knew what he would do. For the first seconds I saw that he was slower than me, that his legs were standing and that he was charged for one blow.

"Do you think the Gonzaga layoff in two years affected him?"

- I do not even know. I had a longer time off before that. There are many fighters who perform with a big break. What's the difference - six months or two years? He is a professional and must understand what he is doing, in what form. So this is not a question for me.

- How do you assess the growth of your opponents from fight to fight?

- I am very pleased that the organizers so choose opponents. I have a contract with the RCC League for three more fights and I know that preliminary agreements have already been reached with Roy Nelson and Mirko KroKop. And for the league it will be interesting fights, both for the viewer and for me, as a person who is gaining shape and growing.

- What attracted you to the RCC league?

- This is a completely new organization in the market of mixed martial arts. We sat down, talked and agreed. I saw that there are good, literate and nice people here. All negotiations were with Alexei Titov, we immediately found a common language. We agreed at once, without wringing each other's hands. I said: let's start small, show the benefits of cooperation and continue to look forward. From the very beginning I did not know about the scale of this league. And now I visited the opening of the Academy of Combat Sports in Yekaterinburg ... This is not something that is unique in Russia, I'm not sure that there is no such a thing in the world! I have not seen such an analogue. They have a very great desire to promote and develop martial sports. It's nice to work with people who unlike the majority of promotions do not sign a contract with the athlete to earn on him, but promote the correct and healthy lifestyle. The kind of sport every man, every defender must know.

- Further, as far as I know, your fight is in August at the WFCA, and then in September at the RCC. What do you want to do at this pace?

- Well. To me the most important thing is not to get hurt. Today I fought, it's just like an intermediate training with a lot of work. I will not rest now and literally on Monday I will come to the hall and continue to recruit the form. I do my favorite thing, why should I rest? Therefore, to make a failure with this rest, to lose what I gained with such painstaking work - I would feel very sorry.

- Nevertheless, it is not planned to fight until August?

- Yes. It is better to gain good conditions by August, so there already have two fights in a row.

ASADA/convicted rapist combo means no UFC.

Convicted rapist/Brother has disowned him combo means no Bellator.

The rapist thing almost certainly disqualifies him alone, but the other factors ensure that this isn't even worth thinking about.
It goes beyond this even. He wouldn't even be given a visa into the US or a lot of countries because of his conviction...

EDITED:

how about frank mir?

and would he & minakov fight each other?

bellator lets fighters fight in other orgs, so he could still be fighting cro-cop, nelson, kharitonov, and such in M1, RCC, etc.

dont think he'll be able to go to japan either so no Rizin.

M1/RCC could offer carwin or herring some money to come out.

would love to see him fight Pudz too!

mir
minakov
cro-cop
nelson
kharitonov
pudz
bigfoot
carwin
herring
yvel
amir aliakbari
