Salmon Panang Curry from best thai food restaurant in town
I got it "hot" and it was fabulous

I did a Thai papaya salad and some char sui ribeye. The ribeye was terrible so I now have jaw ache but the papaya salad was lovely.
And the taste of the ribeye was awesome, I know my way around marinating ...just not good meat.
One of my favorite dishes. Might have it for dinner.
Gf has a huge work day today so I’m making some of my famous pot roasted brisket with mashed honey sweet potato in the hope it cheers her up
