When I grew indoor I used the panda film. Super easy to clean. I don't know about tests, but to the eyes it's a lot brighter than mylar.

It's great because it's also light proof, so you can make fake walls with it and essentially make rooms within rooms. Also good for covering windows to block out light. Spraying it down with bleach after powdery mildew is no problem, and cleaning it with water or liquid detergent is no problem, time and time again. I don't think most paints would handle that.

Just get some 1" x 2" wood from home Depot and cut it in whatever measurements you want your room to be, then screw those into the ceiling. After that just take a staple gun and fasten the panda film to it. Overlap the film where you want your door and walla, You have a room in no time.

could be . ihavent bought any in about 10 years but it is definitely what you want to use. goes up easy .takes a beating from the lights and mould etc and is easily bleached off .it is pretty much a staple of the indoor grow community .its much cheaper and stronger than mylar and multipurpose
I overlapped the panda film like a curtain, then had a hallway with another curtain. Depending upon the room and how much ambient light it gets from elsewhere, you just need to decide what is best in the situation. If you don't take in air from outside, then you won't want to go with the zipper.
