"Nutella" = soft; "Raiz" (means "Roots") = old school, tough, real;

The statement is that you don't want to be a Nutella Black Belt... Nutella is fake chocolate, so if you are described as a Nutella Black Belt, you're a fake black belt (someone who doesn't go hard in training/competing.... Buchecha this year at the IBJJF Worlds had a patch on his Gi that said Nutella with a black slash through it).
Raiz on the other hand means 'roots' in Portuguese, if you have raiz jiu jitsu, it's real, from the roots jiu jitsu, not some fake ass Nutella jiu jitsu.
The phrase Porrada means loosely to brawl, or brawling.... Basically meaning that you go hard as fuck when you roll, train, compete.... Everyday Porrada means that you go hard as fuck daily.... push yourself and those around you to be the best you can.
That's the long and short.
