If they are employees by definition, they deserve what employees get.

Only the "Unionization" aspect. If they aren't employees then they cant unionize. They'll
have to form an association more like NBA players have done.

The point of Project Spearhead was simply to find out what their official status actually is

and she pushed through some kind of collective bargaining agreement
I'd also draft up paperwork that said any fighter that didn't help and sign
their card doesn't get any protection and bargaining power. LOL

I'd say go deal with Egg on your own u ungrateful fucks

Think their case is to have the Ali Act to apply to MMA. I don’t think it would have any impact on unionizing or forming an association, but I could be wrong. Good question for @ErikMagraken

basically has unlimited capital to drag it out until Fitch is 97 years old
