This is the big question and once it's answered everything should fall into place or collapse
I don't think it will collapse, but things will certainly change & be restructured
If they are employees by definition, they deserve what employees get.
This will be interesting for sure

If they are deemed to be independent contractors the whole basis of their argument is basically lost no?

Only the "Unionization" aspect. If they aren't employees then they cant unionize. They'll
have to form an association more like NBA players have done.

The point of Project Spearhead was simply to find out what their official status actually is

Right. What about Quarry, Le and Fitch's lawsuit.....it would pretty much kill the suit wouldn't it?

This should be a fun leagl battle. However it turns out If was Leslie
and she pushed through some kind of collective bargaining agreement
I'd also draft up paperwork that said any fighter that didn't help and sign
their card doesn't get any protection and bargaining power. LOL

I'd say go deal with Egg on your own u ungrateful fucks

I just googled it...the suit was filed in 2014......and seemingly not close to being settled
