The problem with the racism argument is that it almost always means white people to most people, when clearly some of the most racist people are people of color. Yet they get a pass most of the time.

In their defense, Asians are mostly racist to other Asians. People of other races have no way of knowing if these Asians are being racist or just assholes because all Asians look the same to them.
Can you give examples. Not saying you are wrong or right, but would like to hear specific examples.
update I asked them for a coupon and I got a automatic canned response from a robot it sort of made me laugh because it negates the supposed sincerity of the letter.
