I already did.
So I had the first part of my HV test today. Basically I ran the job as tho I had my card. It wasn't brilliant if I'm honest, I was doing a couple silly things a rookie might do. But after 1.5 hours he said, "listen, real throb, I'm not gonna hang around and have you test while I babysit you, I know u know how to test, let's fuck tomorrow off and we will just have a chat for an hour on Thursday instead"
All good and well, but I'm still hoping for this other job next week. This place I'm currently at seems like the first rung for people getting into this field unless they make serious coin. The managers are full of shit too. Not like my old managers who were full of shit either. I feel like if I told them they were full of shit we wouldn't even get into a blazing argument. They would just have the next manager down fire me instead of offering to fight me. Pussy managers
