Your eyes going crossed from working on the Monopoly board?
just had a bong, I was waiting 3 hrs between hits to conserve weed and decided half an hour early was reasonable :D I actually quoted the wrong person because there was nothing in your post of interest (at that moment) and I was in the wrong thread

I'm curious about your thought process on this one.. Because of his flashy style, loud mouth, or potential to help in the UK? Or a bit of all 3?
Bit of all 3. Of course you try to keep Chandler, but if I had to pick between the two, I think Page has more upside.

Coker said they didn't match
They made Machida the offer & waited 15 days & they signed him

So Machida seemed to BS Ariel
I was wondering about this after seeing a "Bellator made me an offer I couldn't refuse" headline on mmafighting.

I thought the matching period was 100 days?

Maybe I'm getting confused with the exclusive negotiating period following the end of a contract?

Not sure, maybe they have to put in a bid within 15 days to see if they will match? Then if they do Bellator can up up it again?

More winnable fights for Machida, not exactly fired up by the signing to Bellator, but I'm down with watching how he does :)

machida is on a two fight winning streak and hasn't looked bad; he clearly isn't what he used to be, but btwn his style and experience, he has enough athleticism in spots to beat or at least compete with the quality of fighter bellator has at mw - lhw

Mousasi is the Man!

I still can't believe he is only 33, I've been following is career since I saw him lose to Akihiro Gono, he really doesn't get the credit he deserves.
IMO, he's one of the true greats of MMA.

I believe he signed a 6 fight contract with 2 fights in the books and a 3rd with Rory and possible 4 being Machida.....

His career is winding down so it will be fun to see who Bellator Matches him up with for his final 2 or 3 fights on his contract.

I met Mousasi at Strikeforce Miami in 2010.

This was before he was known in the states so he was just walking through the floor area. Had a name tag but no one besides me knew who he was.

Hell of a nice guy. I was pretty drunk but he still took a photo with me and was extremely polite and appreciative that someone knew who he was.
