According to UFC bantamweight champion TJ Dillashaw, the UFC are in the early stages of planning a champion vs. champion fight between himself and flyweight titleholder, Henry Cejudo.
When Cejudo won the flyweight title after beating longtime flyweight kingpin Demetrious Johnson last month at UFC 227, he said he wanted to move up a weight class and challenge for the 135-pound belt. Since then, Cejudo and Dillashaw have made it clear they want to fight each other, most recently exchanging jabs in a TMZ Newsroom.
Talking on the Joe Rogan MMA Show, Dillashaw discussed where talks currently stand regarding the champion vs. champion fight with Cejudo.
