Its been slow at work so a coworker has out some old episodes on and I'm sulrised at how much I laugh and remember. I love Carlton more now than ever, him and Jazz are gold.

When Will gets hustled at pool, so Uncle Phil comes along to play to win his stuff back and says it's simple geometry, followed by some god awful playing. Guy insists on upping the ante and once he does, Uncle Phil tells Geoffrey to "Break out Lucille." 'Lucille' is his personal pool cue and he proceeds to crush the hustler.

Might watch it right now. Cheers for the idea

That show was a trip for me because I used to listen to him & DJ Jazzy Jeff before the show existed.

I thought they were bloody geniuses, but never expected to hit the mainstream (I did highschool in a town where no one listened to rap, lol). When he got his own show, in character, and it turned out to be really good my whole world kind of exploded lol

Was a very funny show, and I hate TV

Its almost hard to believe those 2 came up with such an original concept, when ALL the other rappers were trying so hard to look hardcore and badass

Plus Jazzy Jeff was a fuckin monster for the day. Always felt bad his career couldn't keep up with the Prince

I must have listened to Summertime a thousands times the year it came out. Still know every word by heart to this day lol.

Agree. Will Smith proved you didn't have to be a thug rapper to make it big. Amazing how well he crossed over to acting as well.
