According to a report today from the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, Lee has taken the easy fight – he will face Iaquinta at UFC on FOX 31, which takes place Dec. 15 at Fiserv Forum in Milwaukee, Wis.

The event’s main card airs live on FOX following prelims expected to air on FS1 and UFC Fight Pass.

Lee, 26, is coming off a dominant win over Edson Barboza, which put him back in the win column after a submission loss to Ferguson for the interim belt at UFC 216.

“The Motown Phenom” gets a chance at redemption opposite Iaquinta, 31, who outpointed him four years ago at UFC 169. Since that fight, Iaquinta has gone 5-2 in the octagon, most recently stepping up on extreme short notice for a title shot against current champ Khabib Nurmagomedov.

This will be the most annoying build-up to a fight since Cody vs TJ. These guys are both garbage trash-talkers who can’t STFU. Excited to see the fight though.

This might be my first time going to a UFC event.
Not sure what yur price range is. But if you were considering dropping bills, I'd actually recommend sitting 10 rows up instead of floor level. View is much better.

Granted, floor has a cool "experience" factor. But you end up watching the fights on the big screens

Lee should dominate him. Faster, stronger and more well rounded. It sounds like I'm in the minority here but I think Lee is a pretty good shit talker.

it depends on location and fight card. its denver, which will be less than a vegas or NYC. and it's a Fox Card instead of a PPV. so that's cool

itll still be expensive though. i would guess 180-700 depending on whether you get the ticket straight out or if arseholes buy out all the tickets and you buy it on resale from 500-700

i tried looked up tickets for the edgar card (cause they will probably be similar), but i cant find them. just realized i went to Kevin Lee vs Barboza Atlantic City which is probably a good comparison

i bought the ticket 6 days out for 186 (including taxes). i was something like 10-15 rows up from the corner of the octagon. there weren't many tickets available when i bought mine, but i vaguely recall a "50 yard line" seat 10-15 up being significantly more (maybe due to my late purchase)

I got them! 2 tickets on the 50 yard line (section 106) row 10. Total around $450.00. Stoked!

If he manages to dominate and finish Ragin' Al, he can angle for "I crushed the guy who went all 5 with Khabib". Probably the easiest way to get in to the conversation of "who's next for Khabib" if Khabib mauls Fergie.

I think Lee is a good shit-talker if you give him the right person to work with, I think he and Al keep it light and "sick burn" fun, it'll be an entertaining lead up. If they get personal and angry at each other, it'll be a cringe-fest.

Yeah I agree here. I really like AL but based on seeing how these guys both perform
with takedowns, explosiveness, speed, power etc... I don't like this fight for AL
