It’s an orangutan’s arm
That is clearly an x-ray of a young child's arm. The epiphyses are a dead giveaway.

Do you think the patient is a child or an elderly person suffering from osteoporosis?
Hard to tell for sure about the osteoporosis with the poor image quality and the moire lines from the cast, but clearly an adult. If there is osteoporosis, it is in early rather than advanced stages. The bone density doesn't look too bad, as opposed to this image.

Possibly. Again, it doesn't seem to be too bad. The proximal shaft of the fibula is pretty dark, but that could be image technique as much as low bone density. The calcifications coming off both the medial malleolus and lateral malleolus makes me assume it is an elderly patientCan you see the osteoporosis in this one?
