I wanna watch but I really lost respect for Joe after that USADA puff piece he did
with Mini Egg
I am not watching unless the guest is somebody I haven't heard or is just that amazing
Din is cool, but I bet Joe did 50% + of the talking...did he let Din talk? how was it?

Din actually talked a lot it's a pretty fantastic episode. I agree that Joe tends to steamroll a lot of his guests and the Novitsky episode was a fucking joke, but Joe clearly likes Din a lot and seemed genuinely interested in what he had to say. Din had some really interesting points about coaching and gives a lot of insight into a number of fighters he works with. I actually highly recommend this one.

i listened to a good bit of it live, will go back and listen to the whole thing. not fucking around it was fascinating. Din is wicked and they beautifully bounce between fights and fighters, dropping nuggets of purest gold.

You have to train a "fighter"' different then a competitor . Mike Perry you
just tell him "Hey go hit this heavy bag" and then throw him some raw meat"

Din for the win. lol
