This dude's autobiography is called Soulacoaster. Everything else makes sense based on that alone.

At least he mixed vaccine awareness in with his abduction scheme.

Seriously hope Kelly gets what's coming to him after so long.

R Kelly has had one hell of a career - no doubt he has a great voice and can sing - but anyone who's followed his illustrious career will know he was suspect from Day 1.

Let's take a quick look at Kelly's career:

November 1984 - R Kelly sings "It's so hard to say goodbye" at the funeral of High School Basketball Star Ben Wilsons funeral - a Chicago hoops star on the verge of being greatness, gunned down on the streets of Chicago - many thought Wilson would have been the Bulls draft pick ...had that happened no Michael Jordan.

Great Watch: The Ben Wilson Story

November 9th 1993 - R Kelly / Jive Records releases "12 Play" an all time classic for R&B fans. Hits included ....
"Your Body's Calling"
"Bump N Grind"

The hit song "Your Body's Calling" inspired one of the greatest Saturday Night Live Skits to date when Andy Samberg and Justin Timberlake performed "Dick in a Box".

August 31st 1994 - R Kelly married Aaliyah - at the time Aaliyah was only 15 but lied on the Marriage certificate and claimed to be 18.
Aaliyah was only 22 when she died in 2001 in a plane crash after shooting a video for "Rock the Boat".

R Kelly - Aaliyah Interview

November 1996 - The movie Space Jam featuring Michael Jordan debuts and R Kelly's "I Believe I can Fly" takes the radio airwaves by Storm - this hit propels Kelly to International Stardom.

December 25th 2001
- "The Worlds Greatest" R Kelly wrote and produced another hit for the Movie ALI - Kelly released The Worlds Greatest and received non stop airplay across the United States.

To be continued........

The NBA didn't change the rules to allow High School student eligibility until 1995 with Kevin Garnett. The last players to come out of high school prior to that were in the 1970s. Thereafter there was a "gentleman's agreement" between owners that they wouldn't pursue high school talent. Wilson was a top prospect being recruited by several colleges, but he would not have been drafted over Jordan by any stretch, who had emerged as the hottest prospect in the NCAA coming off being at UNC. Even he still got drafted second to Sam Bowie in what still has to be the most hilarious thing to happen to the city of Portland before it was invaded by hipsters. The idea that Wilson would've been drafted in '84 is fiction, but it's tragic we never got to see what he'd become. That Benji doc had a few inaccuracies. R. was part of a choir that sang. He didn't sing solo. He was still working the El trains back then.

R. Kelly has been indicted, sources say

An indictment has been handed down against musician R. Kelly by the Cook County State's Attorney office, two sources with knowledge of the development tell CNN.

State's Attorney Kim Foxx will announce charges against Kelly at a news conference at 2 p.m. CT (3 p.m. ET), according to a release from her office.

CNN is working to obtain the indictment.

A grand jury was convened in Cook County, Illinois, earlier this month in connection with new allegations against Kelly, two sources close to the case told CNN.

That came on the heels of attorney Michael Avenatti announcing he had handed over to the State's Attorney's Office a videotape that he said showed Kelly having sex with an underage girl.

Without reading further, I know this is Chicago for one reason and one reason alone.
