Whatever it is, i like it. Not like those wankers that can't pronounce a T to save their life. 
I'm pretty good at accents over here but that is not the posh in used to and I can't really tell, she might have come from a non posh background and had to bring her accent up to a posh acceptability but not inherently posh, if that makes sense

I'm from London so I recognised it straight away.
It's amazing how much a school affects your accent in this city. You can live in the same area but go to a different school from your neighbour who lives near by. However they can have a completely different accent even though you both grew up in the exact same area.
England has so many cool accents. I get a kick out of hearing them. Scotland and Wales also have some fun distinct accents.
Yeah, it's interesting how many different things influence the way you speek. School, region, social class, family, even age as you'll find a lot of the older generation have their own was of speaking, as well as the young. Fascinating to me.
Very neutral accent, either middle-class London or central England such as Oxford.

same man, either when i'm around family or when drunk, my west country accent becomes stronger. Can take the kid out the country but can never take the country out of the kid.
Even though she undoubtedly has a posh counties accent, she is either dropping the accent a bit, using glottal stops, dropping T's, to seem more normal or has mixed with other regional accents, maybe at University where having that accent maybe a source of ridicule.
All Brits sound the same to me. I wasn't aware that there was varying degrees of an accent.
Funny, I used to think the same until I got over here.......strongest variances are:
Geordie
Scouse
Scottish
Brummie
Cockney
West Country
IMO
I learned most of the accents from watching X Factor, lol. Cheryl Cole was the 1st Geordie I'd heard. And Rebecca Furguson was the first Souser.
Welsh from Eve Myles in Torchwood (and Tom Jones).
Leeds - Scary Spice.
Manchester - Bisping.
This is one is ridiculous though...
Forgot about Leeds/Yorkshire which is sad as I work for a company up there. Manchester I never really can tell the difference
It's the L's that give away the Manchester accent for me. Like how they say "life". The L seems really soft and buttery to me.
