Alexander Emelianenko is once again facing serious criminal charges.
The MMA fighter best known as the younger brother of heavyweight legend Fedor Emelianenko was arrested Kislovodsk, Russia this past weekend on DUI charges after crashing into two vehicles with his golden Mercedes while trying to evade police officers.
The incident reportedly took place after Emelianenko, who had parked his car in an illegal zone, attempted to prevent traffic police from towing his vehicle. He allegedly locked himself in the car and attempted to escape, at which point he crashed into two other vehicles. Emelianenko was eventually detained. The incident was captured on video.
