Piece of shit! The model is called an emerge. Just a standard 2 story with basement development. I think there was 8 different roof pitches. A lot of lumber went into that roof, which is essentially dead space. No loft or anything. It's a corner lot so the developer tends to dress em up. More windows, skirt roofs etc.
