I have a bunch. None are perfect but I think I may have found the almost perfect pair finally. A warning. Stay away from anything Jlab. I have probably had 8 pairs covered under warranty. 3 different models and 4th the true wireless I sent back. Total junk. I have a pair of their executives that I wear daily to the gym and to run with. They just replaced these about 2 months ago and the right one is already starting to crap out.

Jaybirds sucked for me. I took those back in a day.

If you want a decent pair that won't break the bank that has not given me any issues Plantronics Backbeat Fit. They are great but I gave them to my GF for only one reason. They don't block out ambient sound. If they did or maybe Comply made isolation tips I probably would have stopped looking. Comply actually sent a cheap magnet type for free with tips for me to test out for them. They only wanted to know how the tips were but surprisingly the headset isn't bad. They are like my second backup.

My GF bought me a really expensive pair of Bose QuietControl 30's. I use these at our other place. I just leave them there so I don't need to bring another pair. They work great have the best noise cancelling but . . . They have a fairly heavy and stiff neckband. I find it kind of annoying. That's why I leave it at the weekend place and not for my daily use. They also don't have a way to connect to inflight audio. The Jlab Executives have NC also but with the Comply Isolation tips I really don't need it. These while BT, will also hook up to airline inflight audio with a supplied cable. Not many do this. I will probably send these back for warranty and keep the new pair for just travel. When they aren't broke they work well but Jlab's are not built for the long haul. They also have a neckband but not as annoying as the Bose. When doing bench work the neckband does move so that is annoying.

I know I'm picky and a PITA but I spend 1-2 hours per day at the gym and or running so I use them daily. I need them to feel good, work well, stay connected, answer calls, have callers hear me, be water resistant as possible from sweat and or rain.

So what is my new Nirvana? Jabra 65T Elite Active. Yes they are expensive but they are true wireless. No cable and they have the usual charging case. The reviews are excellent and they fit well, sound great and have a high waterproof rating. They also make a 65T Elite without the Active for a couple bucks cheaper. It's exactly the same but without the waterproof rating. Battery life is suppose to be 5 hours. I never use them longer then 2 hours so that usually is never an issue. They also pause when you remove one. Sound isolation is also excellent with stock tips but I am going to order some Complys.

My only two minor complaints would be it doesn't have NC but I don't think in reality I will need that. I can't use them for inflight audio. Other than that they seem pretty damn good.

Bluetooth and especially Bluetooth ear phones cause Cancer - the RF waves damage human DNA and help excellerate the growth of tumors.

These new technologies are cool but there is always a price for what you get.

Bluetooth - 5G ...cancer all day ba-ba-babaY!!!!!

I bought some for my niece recently and noticed that on Amazon all the reviews for wireless earbuds are fake. Literally for every single one.

Is there a delay with video? I've noticed that when using bluetooth in my car. It's annoying when the people speak and I don't hear the words until half a second later.

I normally don't watch video but I haven't found a BT yet where there isn't a delay. It's very annoying if you are using them for video. I mainly listen to podcasts when working out. Talk about nerd alert.

We all have to die from something. Might as well go doing what I love.

I have a pair of the Sol ones and I love them. About 3 hours of battery life with good sound and comfort. Iirc they cost around $200. The Little case they come in is a battery as well so they charge when stored. Would recommend.

I’m an audio snob and stay away from in-ear units. I’ve tried a bunch of different ones for exercising and settled on the Sennheiser CX Sports

I always wanted a pair of true wireless so I prepaid for the first gen of Jlabs a few months in advance. The specs were amazing. I will never do this again BTW. The day comes and they finally arrive. What a shit show. They pair to each other and one is paired to the phone as the primary. They would never stay paired to each other. The primary wouldn't stayed paired to the phone. They were a great design as they had earhooks which I like. I sent them back and took the credit to buy the Executives which are wired BT. So my first dive into wireless was a bomb. Glad you found a pair you are happy with.

I use Jaybirds when I lift or run. Sound is decent, not great. If I get any worse cauliflower I am going to have to switch to cans.

Well those are still in ear just not wireless. If you're an audio snob not sure if BT is ever going to make you happy. Thankfully I don't have that or it would be another thing to drive me nuts.

How often do you have to recharge the case?

Best headphones I’ve ever used were Phillips Earhook Headphones for $9.99 - never fell out and lasted for years..

Use to be $9.99 at Walmart now currently $12.99 but I believe they have been discontinued so it’s hard to find and searching online the price has sky rocketed.

Very little. I think the case battery life is about 30 hours and has three little LEDs to indicate. With micro and regular usb posts it can be used to charge a phone or whatever you like as well as headphones. I've gone for runs, lifted and snowboarded with them in and no issues with them popping out either. For the price I'm super happy with them.

Statement of fact!

Update and idiot moment. Went to the gym they didn't move and sound was great. No neck wire is sooooooo nice. They feel comfortable with no ear pain. I made several calls including my elderly parents and they heard me fine while outdoors. I still have a run to get in. When I bought them they come with medium tips installed. They felt fine. I'm anal about this stuff so I ordered a spare set of medium tips. Before I left the right one felt a touch off. I put the large on and it felt better left was fine but I put the large on anyway. Better there too and I have spare mediums on the way. They changed it to sign for and told me not to sign it so they get sent back. It's just the tip!

Why are you ditching them? I have learned my lesson about being first with these. have you seen beta testing or reviews? What makes you want switch camps?

EDIT: I just looked them up. I really like that earloop.

Yeah exactly...I love the ear loop...much more comfortable. I have the wired version of them, so the true wireless ones are a no brainer for me.
