Hi,

I know I have not been the most active. Barely.

But, this is about FrankieNYC. Many of you know him. I know him. He helped me tremendously in this field. I slowed down because of school, but this man gave me confidence, advice, information that is second to none.
I want to just remember him. Listen to his voice and knowledge. I am currently looking for a clip where he was an actor in a show.

In the mean time, here is Frankie doing what he does best, sharing MMA knowledge.

He was a good egg, knew a lot of good information, a lot of people respected and liked him and didn’t shove it in anyone’s face as some might do. He offered good information and asked for nothing in return, ie fame or constantly seeking attention.....just delivered the goods

Think he had some ongoing health issues. Was in and out of the hospital, but posted here and PM'd with some folks approx 12 hours before word started to surface that he has passed. Truly sad.
