Not a fucking hope, if he pays his way out of that one there is something wrong with the entire justice system in this country.

He needs to get locked up.
If he did it would be up to the victim which she wanted more, millions or him in prison. Everyone has a price I suppose.

Can't blame the legal system if the victim chooses not to press charges
wat. by your thinking, it follows that - even if completely guilty - rich people can buy their way out of any legal trouble, and that the legal system presiding over this situation is immune to criticism.

please tell me if I have misrepresented your position.

if not, consider your position fully undermined.

You've stated it quite clearly. Some people no amount of money would be enough. Others the personal gain outweighs their need for retribution.

the key to a successful career as a criminal is only choosing victims you can afford.

Correct me if I’m wrong, but can’t the state still press charges even if the victim chooses not to do so himself?

The evidence is on camera.

They absolutely can if they think they can secure a conviction without victim cooperation.

Obviously they didn't think they could.

I don't know about Ireland but in the US prosecutors can push a case forward regardless. It ain't a good idea to have criminals (especially violent ones) be able to pay their way out of criminal charges...

The justice system is fixed for those that can buy and those that can’t
But I’d love to see this go to court so they can expose the various things he’s into (not accusing him of drugs but....)and his attitude outside in public
It will be available for all to see

Tbh I've watched the surveillance footage several times and I'm not even convinced that Conor smashed anything...
