Jokes on you I couldn't care less about a homophobic slur. You had to get cute and come at me personally by flapping your gums about something that didn't concern you. I have no issues with you and tried to be respectful with you but you keep throwing sneaky pathetic jabs at me in a lame attempt to be like the poster on here who everyone hates except for you and the club liv v.i.p.
I didnt come at you personally.

I just pointed out the fact, it often turns out the one shouting faggget the loudest has a boyfriend hiding in the closet. Interesting how you found that so offensive.

How about that, Victoria BC now has the lowest unemployment rate in Canada.
Victoria has Canada's lowest unemployment rate
Victoria has Canada's lowest unemployment rate

BC has Canada's best preforming economy.
B.C. continues to have the best-performing economy in Canada
B.C. continues to have the best-performing economy in Canada

And Canada has its best unemployment levels in over 40 years.
Canada's unemployment rate sticks at 43-year low
Canada's unemployment rate sticks at 43-year low

Did you know I went to Pearson College UWC and they tried to kick me out for being too smart

I'd love to see the main reason why the unemployment rate is so low. People (and the media) often associate low unemployment rate with a good economy, which is often the case, but now I suspect a labor shortage due to an aging population as the main reason why this low unemployment rate.
Futute problems ahead imo

You just described all of Canada, not just BC or Victoria. We know we have an aging population and have been experiencing labour shortages for years.

Local unemployment rates of big cities are a horrible indicator of, well, pretty much anything because you're going to end up with a lot of people who work in a city, but don't actually live in it.

Wait a minute... geographical unemployment rates are based off residents living in the areas & participation their in the labour force.

Exactly.

Most major cities will have more jobs than they have residents because people commute in from surrounding areas. The flip side of that is we only count people actually looking for jobs.

So in Victoria, where according to the article the amount of available jobs shrank. It's more likely that you have people moving away than you have some thriving economic master machine.

Point was, "local unemployment rates" are based of residents of that city. Unemployment rates are not an indicator of how many people commute into and out of the city.

It very well could be an indicator of people moving away, as already mentioned, an aging population and an expensive housing market could be an influencing factor.

Which is why I said they aren't a good indicator of anything.

After listening to Michael Malice on rogan recently I decided to download a few episodes of his podcast. Because of this I was introduced to Faith Goldy. Who unbeknownst to me, had previously run for mayor in Toronto.

I do not understand how this absolute idiot was able to garner any media attention. I want to believe that the only reason she was able to get publicity was because of her looks.

But in the current political climate I’m really not sure.
She was a journalist for Rebel Media. When the Alt Right became a thing Rebel covered them quite a bit, when the truth started to come out that Alt Right was actually a Neo-Nazi rebrand Rebel dropped them like a hot potato. Faith Goldy, preferred her new company...
