I guess dems know saying all this shit is safe because it would never get passed. She can't even pull it off though. That's her issue. Beto also comes off as phony. Come to think of it Kamala and gay Corey do as well. You can tell when people don't believe what they are really saying.

The shame is that she has one strength is taking on the financial industry, which even many republican voters - obviously not the 'free market' (i.e anti-competitive markets, pro-oligarchy) idiots - support. She has some use in Congress and or an administration position, but only in that one role.

It's insane that she is still in the running though. The Pochahontas stuff is a campaign death sentence.

In politics one thing has no party affiliation. EGO. They ALL have massive ego's and believe they are the only one who has the right vision blessed upon them by the lord and savior himself. Truth and perception be damned.

Dollar stores warn they will have to raise prices over tariffs
Two of the largest U.S. dollar store chains warned that shoppers might face rising prices as a result of the ongoing trade war between the U.S. and China, Reuters reported Thursday.

Executives from both Dollar Tree and Dollar General told analysts on their post-earning calls that tension with Beijing will likely hit their businesses. The warning comes after President Trump announced an increase in tariffs on $200 billion of Chinese goods earlier this month.

Dollar General executives said the retailer was working with vendors to “mitigate the impact."

“Even with these efforts, we believe our shoppers will be facing higher prices as 2019 progresses,” Dollar General Chief Financial Officer John Garratt said on the call.

Dollar Tree president and CEO Gary Philbin said in a statement that new tariffs Trump has levied against China will be “impactful” to their business and consumers in general.

Navy acknowledges request was made to hide USS John S. McCain during Trump visit
The U.S. Navy has acknowledged that a request was made to hide the USS John S. McCain during President Donald Trump's recent state visit to Japan.

"A request was made to the U.S. Navy to minimize the visibility of USS John S. McCain, however, all ships remained in their normal configuration during the President's visit," Rear Admiral Charlie Brown, chief of information, said in a statement to NBC News.

"There were also no intentional efforts to explicitly exclude Sailors assigned to USS John S. McCain," the statement said.

Trump claims US companies will leave Mexico if he imposes tariffs
”People have been saying for years that we should talk to Mexico. The problem is that Mexico is an ’abuser’ of the United States, taking but never giving. It has been this way for decades,” Trump said in a series of morning tweets.

“Either they stop the invasion of our Country by Drug Dealers, Cartels, Human Traffickers, Coyotes and Illegal Immigrants, which they can do very easily, or our many companies and jobs that have been foolishly allowed to move South of the Border, will be brought back into the United States through taxation (Tariffs),” Trump said in the posting.

“America has had enough!,” he added.

The president last week announced that he would impose tariffs of 5 percent on Mexican imports beginning June 10 if Mexico doesn’t stem the flow of illegal immigrants passing through the country on their way to the United States.

The tariffs would increase 5 percent each month and could hit 25 percent by October.

In the tweets, Trump also bashed Democrats on border security.

”The Democrats are doing nothing on the Border to address the Humanitarian and National Security Crisis! Could be fixed so easily if they would vote with Republicans to fix the loopholes,” he said.

Trump also addressed a decision by a federal judge last month that temporarily blocked his administration’s plan to divert $1 billion from the Pentagon for construction of a wall on the US-Mexican border.

”The Wall is under construction and moving along quickly, despite all of the Radical Liberal Democrat lawsuits. What are they thinking as our Country is invaded by so many people (illegals) and things (Drugs) that we do not want,” he said. “Make America Great Again!”
