One of my top three bands of all time is Jane's Addiction. Perry Farrel has a really high pitched voice some people can't get into.
When I was a teenager I was driving home with my dad from a work site, and I popped some Jane's Addiction into the truck's tape player. My dad listened for ten seconds and said "Sounds like someone needs to put this miserable son of a bitch out of his misery" and ejected the tape.
