And by sex trafficking they mean soliciting sex from a 17 year old boy.
The charges stem from a Moore Police Department investigation that began when police were called to the Super 8 motel at 1520 N. Service Rd. for a runaway teen shortly before 1 a.m. on March 9.

Court documents said a friend of the teen watched him get into an SUV near his home.

The friend then followed the vehicle to the hotel where the teen was seen going into a room with an unknown man.

According to a search warrant affidavit, the friend called the teen's father, who then alerted police.

The man was later identified as Shortey.

Moore police found the 17-year-old boy – who has a history of soliciting for sex on Craigslist, according to his parents – and Shortey in the hotel room with evidence of condoms and a strong smell of marijuana.

Based on the police affidavit and prosecutors, Shortey sought to exchange money for sex with the teen.

George Conway mocks Trump by highlighting negative UK media coverage
Frequent Trump critic George Conway on Thursday mocked Fox News’s Sean Hannity for claiming that President Trump has “received glowing reviews” during his United Kingdom trip by sharing a thread of negative British press coverage.

Conway, a Washington lawyer who is married to White House counselor Kellyanne Conway, fired back after Trump highlighted Hannity’s claim that he was being praised by foreign media, hitting MSNBC’s Rachel Maddow and CNN in a tweet.

“Um, not so much,” George Conway wrote on Twitter. “Your press coverage in the UK wasn’t all that great. Let me help you out.”

George Conway then added a list of nearly 30 tweets and articles from a variety of local media outlets and tabloids.

Trump started his three-day trip to the U.K. on a sour note after he commented on the “nasty” comments Meghan Markle, duchess of Sussex and wife of Prince Harry, in an interview with the British tabloid The Sun ahead of his trip.

Trump later sought to clarify the comments but they were significantly highlighted in the British press.

Conway also highlighted reports about the thousands of protesters who took to the streets of London on Tuesday.

Trump dismissed the protests surrounding his state visit as “fake news” while speaking during a joint press conference with British Prime Minister Theresa May.

"It was tremendous spirit and love," he said of the crowds. "There was great love. It was an alliance. And I didn’t see the protesters until just a little while ago, and it was a very small group of people put in for political reasons. So it was fake news."

“And this is just a small sample, at least of the print coverage,” George Conway wrote at the end of his thread. “Haven’t watched any TV, but haven’t heard that any US network parked Baby Trump on its set, as the Beeb did. So hard to say that the British coverage was more favorable to our Embarrassment-in-Chief.”

Paul Manafort to Be Sent to Notoriously Harsh Rikers Island: Report
The brutal prison on New York’s Rikers Island has been home to some of the most notorious criminals in the city’s history, from serial killer David Berkowitz to John Lennon’s murderer, Mark David Chapman—and now it’s set to add Paul Manafort to its rogues gallery. The former Trump campaign chairman—who was sentenced this year to four years in prison—will be transferred there this week from a minimum-security facility in Pennsylvania, Fox News reports. A source close to Manafort reportedly told the network Manafort will be kept in solitary confinement, complaining: “He’s not a mob boss.” Manafort’s defense team will appeal the decision, which came from a New York State judge.
