First, I disagree with his contextual premise that humans are 'crowded'. We choose to live in denser population centers for efficiency and productivity, but there's ample space if we chose to sprawl. And there's not actually a shortage of resources in the world, just insufficient efficiency in getting people and resources in the same place.
Also, the constant segues to 'how my channel is doing' are really annoying.
But there's a whole lot of research that indicates that people are not mice, especially socially. Probably the reason we can have societies that number in the Billions. Basically, this guy has a view of the world that's supported by extrapolating this study far beyond its applicability.
