I predict alot of really tall college dropouts will make alot of money for traveling from town to town throwing a ball in a hoop like a less entertaining carnival that ends with tax payers owing money to a billionaire so he can rule over a big building and sell the name to it.

I really want Kahwi to hold a half hour tv special called "The Decision". On this show (which will be hosted in Toronto) they can run it in support of a local Toronto charity. But then at the end he says "I'm going to play for the Lakers!" and peaces out.

In all seriousness.... I'm shocked and somehow not surprised by this for the Knicks. I knew Kyrie wasn't going to come, I'm truly shocked about the KD signing.. mostly because it goes against the narrative he described for himself.

I think it was a done deal until he tore his Achilles. Apparently the injury risks scared the Knicks off.

it might be the best of all possible scenarios for KD.

He gets to establish a legacy in a major market, without the scrutiny of playing for a "Knicks" or "Lakers" level of franchise.

i think that's face-saving BS from the Knicks. The Warriors had a full max offer on the table, WTF were the Knicks going to learn from reading GSW's report on the injury that would justify less than a full max offer?

I think it's 100% a front-office preference by KD and Kyrie.

God damn myself. I wasn’t going to get my hopes up with Kawhi. All season long I had accepted he was one and done, but winning the title changed everything. Now I need him to stay and like our chances but all this Laker buzz has me scared.

I expect Durant to have a huge upcoming year, well worth the money...
