General My grip strength sucks

I got a dynamometer from Amazon just for the hell of it and now I'm finding that my grip strength sucks. According to what I could find on the internet, scientific studies say that I'm average for my age with my right hand grip strength and below average with my left hand. My left hand grip is particularly weak because of a disc herniation at c/4-c/5 that I live with, but still.

What the fuck, man? Can any of you FUCKING STUDS help me? I can't accept this bullshit. I need the grip of a fucking man

Fat bar is the way forwards, my friend. Do some calisthenics with a scaffolding frame.

I think wrist rollers are a good way to get started. get a broomstick and cut it down to a foot. Drill a hole in the middle and tie a knot with some 550 cord (surplus store) to a 10lb plate--about 3ft. put baseball grip tape on either side. roll all the way up. It'll hit your forearms good without wrecking your ligaments/tendons. Finger tip pushups are good too- from your knees to begin. I think grippers can cripple you if you over do it. good luck.

I'm told agricultural field labor does wonders for grip strength.

Roots and tuber crops are said to be particularly effective ;)

mine is pretty strong but I have a build like kel-veen the god gastelum my dad was built like chong li naturally 5'6" 200 lbs and I have been doing manual labor since I was like 7 for all my dads businesses tree cutting I was developing grip on these things.also developed grip as a catcher(baseball not homosex)

There are so many scaffolding erection professionals who toil every day to make sure construction sites are safe. If they could see you prancing around doing your ballet with a frame in your hand they would be disgusted. Scaffolding isnt a game, Bruv.
