Good observation about the fruit pickers phenomenon in bc that often attracts a sub class of Quebec society.( yep it sounds condescending I stand by it.) They barely speak English, mAny of them don't have much of an education... But for some reason they dream of going to bc and Jasper in Ab. Yet they're oblivious to the rednecks hating on them. It's strange for sure.
I never got it.

As for learning french being painful I can understand. I mean... Having to learn a second language is terrible.. expanding your horizons and stuff is cruel and dam right oppressive. After all Mandarin should have been the logical choice given the fact that bc authorities are pretty much selling the province to the Chinese for a quick buck.

Oh well
Rain is wet
French will be french
Rednecks will be hating ;)

PEI?
Nova Scotia?
New Brunswick?
Oh the mystery!
Ontario, I don't even know if we get equalization payments anymore. I just always laugh at the logic I hear regarding them.

Albertans: Hey, Hewfoundland. Give us all your able bodied workers for our oil fields.

Also Albertans: Hey, Newfoundland why can't you feeloaders grow your economy?

One pro tip I can share though is regardless of brand, spend an extra 50 cents on an organic ketchup variety. I bought it by accident one time and it changed my life.

Much better and less acidic than regular ketchup.

You sure it's not just something you weirdo Canadians eat that never took off here, like ketchup-flavored potato chips?
It definitely is. It took off because it's made here and they gave it a marketing push when Heinz stopped making ketchup here. Canadians love them some shit with a maple leaf slapped on it.
