I referred to wild saying 30 months about the resident thread shitter

You really want to pink me for a day over nothing?

Might choose a different tactic when I ask what that means.

It's weird....when I was eating one or 2 small packs of tuna or one crabcake a day I was struggling to lose weight. But now I'm eating a pound of hamburger and half a jar of peanut butter, some fruit and some ice cream daily (or similar amount of food) the weight is falling off. I am daily suprised by my weight. Not sure if my metabolism switched into high gear or what. Not struggling at all now that I'm eating more.
Also the cardio is easy now. 4500-5000 steps is cake

You do cardio for 60 minutes at a time?

What are you, high on drugs?
Don't answer that. I prefer shorter sessions.

Oh that's not mine. That's at 24 hour fitness. Took the pic post cardio, after reading this thread.
Rowers & ellipticals are my go to for cardio.
Would be nice if they also had an airdyne bike, but the rower gets it done. I also jump rope a bit after.

Nice.
I too have a concept 2. It's the best all around rower.
I use it for hot or rainy days when I can't run.

Money!

We probably have a similar workout routine - I usually hop on the rower for 10 min - Jump Rope 5 min - Airdyne 10 Min before going on a 2mile run.

Get back then immediately jump on the Rower for another 10 - Jump Rope 5 - Dyne 10 ...do some heavybag work before hitting the weights.

Although I do think Too swole to control @Meth Dentist has it right hitting the stair climber - that’s a brutal workout especially for how long he goes.

That seems about normal to me.
I go long periods without food.
Your body can go into starvation mode.
It will stockpile some emergency fat until it gets a signal that regular meals/sustenance has resumed.

It's a delicate balance with food intake verses energy expenditure. Not to mention mood/irritability. I haven't eaten solid food since late August. I can relate to this thread and have enjoyed watching you progress.
