It's not bad at all for a videogame adaptation.
I too think the main character should not all brute force more skills and finesse.
Some of the gestures and words used by the actors were wrong I thought. Saying stuff like fuck and using hand gestures reminiscent of our modern times breaks the illusion of a fantasy world.
Otherwise good production quality and plot. I'm enjoying it.

A bunch of Geralt's one liners are too modern and clearly taken from our society rather than the one they're supposed to be depicting, I couldn't believe they included those. I quite like the skip forwards in time even though they handled it so awkwardly, took awhile to figure out what was going on.
