Take Burrow. I'd play Dalton another year until they sort shit out - but it sounds like they are going to try to move Dalton.
Holes are mainly O-Line, but they got better as the season went on. Their #1 overall last draft was a LT out of the SEC. Got hurt. Didn't play a down all season.
Bengals aren't as far off as their 1-14 record indicates. Burrow doesn't turn this team into a playoff team overnight, but he should lock up the position for the next 10 seasons which is huge - especially for a young coach.

they can grabs more O line in the draft...probably denver and cincy will be two of the O line hungriest teams in Draft

Some teams get tricked into drafting guys due to other teams bluffing massive interest...it is like a game of poker but played with real people flying to workouts multiple times to bluff interest and also thru "leaked" info about so and so being "high" on a certain player
