Ok, back on topic. This thread is saturated with thoughts that killing a terrorist (he was on the official US terrorist list, and happened to be ranked very high, perhaps #1 as he was actually calling shots and active) is bad because we might make terrorists mad and cause terrorism. Terrorism exists and isn't going away based on non-action. Non-action gives terrorism and terrorist supporting regime's (Iran is the #1 sponsor of terrorism, isn't it?) strength for their cause and the belief of their supporters that they are stronger than they are.
So, Soleimani deserved to die, was a horrible person, and was personally responsible for tens of thousands of deaths (including hundreds of Americans). You can read up on his good deeds if you would like, but here are a few highlights when he wasnt "turning a new leaf", going back to school, or in the studio making his rap records. He funded and planned a bombing on US soil which would have caused over 100 deaths at the Watergate Hotel (thwarted due to picking the wrong "bad guy" to carry out the deed - DEA informant). He was directly involved in the benghazi and baghad embassy attacks. He was in direct violation of the UN resolutions by leaving Iran, let alone while as acting general (probably just on vacation...). US kills him on Iraqi land (again, he was not allowed to be there) and this is a problem after the US contractor was killed and Baghdad US embassy was attacked?
Obama did drone strikes without congressional approval 1,200+ times, even several times on United States citizens, yet Trump kill someone at the top of the terrorist list and we have a problem? Get with the fucking program people.
