What if we didn't use judges at all?

It's dumb - but so is having a fighter's W/L record dictated by judges who often have no fucking clue what they are watching.

You'd definitely have a lot more fighters looking to finish.

It's a good idea in theory but it would lead to guys stalling and fighting safe far too often when they know they have the victory secured.

Wouldn't be the first (or hundredth) time we saw a person chase the other around the octagon.
That is unfortunately true. We've also seen guys like John Fitch and Okami get released for being the most boring fighters alive so I don't see that kind of people having a long career in UFC

As a general rule they only get released on losing streaks.
